GLOBAL PRIVACY PROTOCOL
UHG TECH LTD ("We", "Us", or "Our") is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the highest level of security for your data within the OMNEX 0X ecosystem. This Sovereign Privacy Protocol outlines our data collection, processing, and zero-trust security practices.
1. Data Minimization & Telemetry
In accordance with Article 5(1)(c) of the UK GDPR, the OMNEX Matrix operates on a strict Data Minimization principle. We collect only what is computationally required:
- ■KYC/KYB Sovereign Identity: Corporate registration numbers, authorized representative credentials, and biometric/documentary proof required for compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) directives.
- ■Aegis Security Telemetry: Connection metadata, device fingerprinting, and non-intrusive IP tracking utilized by our Sentinelle Firewall to preempt brute-force and DDoS attacks.
- ■Cognitive Prompts (GOCA Engine): Interactions with our AI models. These are heavily encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256) within our Akashic Records architecture prior to any routing.
2. Zero-Trust Architecture & The "Double-Padlock" Routing
We process your data exclusively to maintain the operational integrity of the OMNEX OS. We employ a Zero-Trust Architecture; internal access to plaintext user data is mathematically restricted.
To provide our cognitive services, we engage audited third-party Sub-Processors for raw computational reasoning (e.g., Google Cloud). We enforce a "Double-Padlock" security standard:
- Technical Guarantee (PII Redaction): Before any prompt leaves the OMNEX perimeter, it undergoes strict local anonymization. The external API receives only an encrypted, contextless mathematical skeleton. The data is rehydrated only within your secure local environment.
- Legal Guarantee (No-Training DPA): Even though the data is anonymized, our Enterprise Data Processing Agreements strictly prohibit foundational AI providers from using our grid's prompts to train their models.
3. International Data Sovereignty (Cross-Border Transfers)
While UHG TECH LTD is governed by the laws of England and Wales, the OMNEX Global Grid may route encrypted data through international nodes (including Dubai, UAE, and Abidjan, CI) for latency optimization. Any transfer of personal data originating from the UK/EEA to a third country is safeguarded by the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) approved International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
4. The "Cascade Deletion" Protocol (Right to Erasure)
Under Article 17 of the UK GDPR (Right to be Forgotten), you command the right to initiate a complete purge of your existence from the Matrix.
Invoking account termination triggers our Cascade Deletion Protocol. This mechanism cryptographically shreds your personal identifiers, Neural Grid history, and associated Aura Wallets within 72 hours. Note: Immutable financial ledger entries (invoices, tax records) will be retained for up to 7 years in a highly restricted, anonymized state solely to comply with HMRC and international tax regulations.
5. Governance & DPO Contact
You retain full rights to access, rectify, port, or restrict the processing of your data. To exercise these sovereign rights, file a Subject Access Request (SAR), or report a potential breach, contact our Legal & Compliance command center:
