TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding contract governing your access to the OMNEX 0X cognitive system, operated globally by UHG TECH LTD. By establishing a connection to the Matrix, you explicitly agree to these directives.
1. Legal Entity & Jurisdiction
The digital services, API endpoints, and cognitive engines comprising OMNEX 0X are exclusively owned, maintained, and operated by UHG TECH LTD, a private company limited by shares, legally incorporated in England and Wales under Company Number 16933309. Our registered command center is located at Office 16275, 182-184 High Street North, London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom.
2. Enterprise Subscription & Non-Refundability
The OMNEX 0X ecosystem provides advanced enterprise orchestration, financial automation (Aura), and cognitive modeling (Goca). Accounts registered under a corporate identity legally bind the entirety of that corporation to these Terms.
Our premium operational modules function strictly on a prepaid Cloud-SaaS metric. Due to the immediate expenditure of significant computational and neural resources upon activation, all financial transactions, module unlocks, and subscription fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Algorithmic Execution Disclaimer
OMNEX 0X deploys highly autonomous Artificial Intelligence networks to execute tasks. You acknowledge and accept that:
- No Advisory Liability: UHG TECH LTD is not a registered financial broker, legal advisor, or certified accounting firm. All generated outputs (HFT signals, tax audits, legal translations) are algorithmic probabilities, not professional advice.
- Execution Risk: You retain absolute liability for any real-world actions taken based on OMNEX 0X outputs. We categorically disclaim liability for trading liquidations, compliance breaches, or code-induced infrastructure failures.
- Third-Party Infrastructure: Raw computational reasoning utilizes Tier-3 enterprise APIs. UHG TECH LTD enforces strict non-training agreements with these providers, but disclaims liability for upstream foundational model outages beyond our defined SLA parameters.
4. System Integrity & "Scorched Earth" Enforcement
The Matrix is defended by the "Sentinelle" Firewall and the Aegis protocol. By entering the platform, you agree to a strict prohibition against: (a) Reverse-engineering our cognitive APIs; (b) Attempting to spoof rate-limits or bypass Freemium quotas; (c) Injecting malicious prompts intended to jailbreak the GOCA engine.
Any detected violation of this Zero-Trust boundary triggers an automated Scorched Earth Policy: immediate termination of your identity token, permanent IP banishment, forfeiture of all prepaid funds, and reporting to relevant cyber-crime authorities (e.g., under the UK Computer Misuse Act 1990).
5. Intellectual Property (The Darwin Engine)
All foundational code, UI/UX architecture, and underlying neural weights belong exclusively to UHG TECH LTD. Furthermore, if you trigger the "Darwin" autonomous architect, any source code, system evolution, or feature generated by the AI on your behalf becomes the irrevocable, royalty-free property of UHG TECH LTD, deployed to fortify the global Shared DNA grid.
This assignment of rights strictly applies to system architecture and engine optimizations. It does not include your proprietary corporate data, financial ledgers, or inputted trade secrets, which remain sovereign and protected under our Privacy Protocol.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms, their subject matter, and any non-contractual disputes arising from the use of the OMNEX 0X system, shall be governed by and construed in absolute accordance with the Law of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
